As a feedback about our trip I can say that it was a nice experience and well organised. In average we enjoyed it very much. I have only a few remarks to make for maybe a future improvement of your service:
- Our staying in Hoi An was a little bit boring, because there was too little to do. I went to an office where we booked a short trip by ourselves. Maybe for future customers you could include a activity there for a little upgrade of the price.
- When we went back to the airport in HCMC I had a fight with the taxidriver about the charged price. The meter pointed 82,000. I offered him 90,000, but he said he wanted 130,000 because the bellboys of the hotel told him that I should pay 130,000. Please ask the hotels you do business with not to cheat their customers. In Europe these things are not done and the customers get very angry about these practises.

But again, all three of us did enjoy the trip in average. I spoke already to a friend of mine, who is interested to travel to Vietnam with his wife, about this trip. He is now in Thailand and have plans to come this region in the last months of this year, he wants then also visit Vietnam.

Dear Tailormade Vietnam Holidays
My son and myself have recently completed the Reunification Express Tour of Vietnam. We were very happy with the hotels and the staff you provided us with. They always turned up on time and were friendly and happy people. In fact, what makes Vietnam so pleasing is the people, in general. The trains were another story.
We hit a truck one hour out of Hanoi and were delayed for 12 hours. The trains are not very clean. Also the day is too long if getting the train at 2300 hours at night.
Halong Bay was elegant, and the water puppets in Hanoi very enjoyable. Hue also was well worth a visit and the hotel there excellent. Home stay in Mekong Delta was a highlight as was Nha Trang. The hotels are well located and in good place for seeing what is on offer. I also liked the fact that your staff rang the hotels we were staying at to see how we were faring. Your organisation is well run and honest, which means a lot to me when dealing over the internet.
In summary, overall my son and myself enjoyed Vietnam very much and I would recommend Tailormade Vietnam Holidays to others. Well done, all of you!

Dear Huy

Well here we are having being back in Australia for 8 days with Vietnam seeming so far away.
Thank you Huy - we had such a fantastic time- the time we spent with you was very special and we have some fantastic photos to share.
Life is back to normal- both Shep and myself are back at work and have spent our first weekend in our garden getting things in order.
So many people have spoken about their love for Vietnam and having visited. We put a review on Trip Advisor about your company and particularly you as a guide.
We enclose some photos of your 'friend'. It was so lovely meeting Kieu- she is sweet and lovely and looked after us so well.
